Talia Hatfield is a longtime resident of Northeast Missouri, growing up on her family’s farm in Eastern Scotland County. Recently receiving her Iowa license, Talia is eager to begin growing her business in southern Iowa and putting her 8+ years experience to work. She continues to stay up to date with her local markets home values and using the tools provided by United Country, such as social media and video marketing. This allows Talia to stay a step ahead of other real estate professionals. Professionalism, honesty, and great communication with buyers and sellers is key for successful relationships in this industry. She previously worked in banking and feels her banking experience is a great attribute in the buying and selling process of Real Estate. Talia resides in Memphis, MO with her husband Nic and their boys.
